Hotel Ferton - Milan

Friendly staff were really good.

The room I stayed in had a cold atmosphere throughout, uncomfortable during my entire visit. Heating was unpredictable, and the blanket provided was far too thin, leaving me shivering at night. The lack of adequate pillows left me tossing and turning. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Of course, I would be happy to recommend it to others and return. The room is silent & air-conditioned. Good service, the breakfast is savoury. Parking is nearby. The authentic restaurant serves freshly made food.

This place could really be something, if only they cared. No blanket for sleeping, and the noise was unbearable. I asked for an upgrade, but apparently, that's just too much to ask for! It's not like I was expecting a royal suite. A true disappointment after all the hype. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn't.

The junior suite offered nice space and comfort, setting it apart from typical hotel rooms. The balcony provided a great spot to enjoy some fresh air after a long day out.

The sink being in the single room compromised personal space. A loud bell at the main door disrupted sleep with continuous ringing at night, and a shower in the double room barely allowed any room to move. Meanwhile, breakfast had a noticeable smoky smell, likely due to old furnishings absorbing it over time, and limited food choices left much to be desired.

The staff at Hotel Ferton was polite and attentive. The location was convenient, with access to local attractions and cafes within walking distance. The room was spacious and the bathroom impeccably clean.

The location was perfect for visiting the Duomo and other local spots. Our room was clean, and the staff was super helpful, always there when we needed something. We loved that towels were changed daily, and we had a safe in our room for our valuables.
